Thanksgiving Shopping Bargains

Well, Thanksgiving week flyers are here and the stores usually offer great deals on items most used at Thanksgiving. If you are looking for a fresh turkey rather than frozen, your best bet is to buy it at Costco or Sam's Club where they sell for .89¢ lb with no minimum purchase. If you want a frozen turkey then check the deals below for the prices. Once again, it looks like Stater Bros. has the best prices overall. Henry's has great prices on produce and only .10¢ more on fresh turkeys than Costco, but there is a minimum purchase of $30.00 to get that price. For most of the other great buys on turkeys they have a minimum purchase of $25.00. Stater's Bros. has fresh Young Turkeys for .99¢ lb with no minimum to buy.

If you like Prime Rib than be sure to buy some of the Rib Eye Roast at Stater Bros. That is what is used for Prime Rib. At $3.99 I am sure that is the price we will see this season. Freeze it for Christmas Dinner. 3 or 4 Bone Cut will serve 4 to 5 people.
